Mata Sushila Institute of Education (MSIE), Hilsa, Nalanda, Bihar strictly prohibits ragging in any form and is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, disciplined and student-friendly teacher-training environment for all B.Ed and D.El.Ed students.
Any form of ragging, bullying, harassment, intimidation, discrimination or misconduct inside or outside the campus will be treated as a serious disciplinary offence at MSIE.

Ragging includes any verbal, mental, emotional, physical or online activity that causes fear, discomfort, humiliation or harm to another student.
It may include bullying, abusive language, forcing students to perform unwanted acts, discrimination or creating an unsafe learning environment.
MSIE encourages respect, teamwork, equality and professional behavior among all students. Every student has the right to study in a safe and harassment-free campus.
Students facing ragging, harassment or misconduct can immediately contact the Anti-Ragging Committee, faculty members or institute administration for support.
